Job Title : Nominee Director (1-year contract)

Role Description :

We're seeking an experienced Nominee Director to oversee and guide ECOFLARE Solutions Inc.'s strategic direction. As a key representative, you'll ensure regulatory compliance, maintain financial accounts, and advocate for the company's interests.

Responsibilities :

Oversee company strategy and governance
Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
Open and manage bank accounts
File HST / Payroll / T2 returns
Maintain accounts in software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Maintain company registry compliance
Collaborate with the team to drive business growth

Requirements :

Prior experience filing HST / Payroll / T2 returns

Experience in strategic decision-making and governance

Legal, accounting, or financial background

Strong communication and leadership skills

Knowledge of corporate governance practices

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field

Experience in the technology or agriculture industry is an asset

Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Working Arrangements :

Hybrid role, primarily based in Toronto, ON

Flexible work-from-home arrangements
