I. Job Summary Under general supervision, the Data Specialist is responsible for gathering and inputting all daily data. This role is also responsible for ensuring all operational data is entered and / or keyed correctly and ready for review by the Ops Analyst by the end of each working day. Shift : Monday to Friday - 9am to 5 : 30pm or 9 : 30am to 6pm II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Communicate daily with driver(s) on designated communication platforms regarding missing time clock entries. Validate all driver and helper information (including check-in / check-out), OPUS confirmations, and KRONOS information Validation of Next Day Optimization (NDO) data Manage cases and confirm / close-out customer tickets daily Assist with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs Landfill reconciliation, Area disposal reporting, update accounts in MAS with the appropriate information as needed Shared responsibility with Business Manager to maintain data and site records III. The expected base pay range for this position across Canada is $48,000 - $65,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
