Job description

Tasks

  • Prepare results statements per contract, ensuring a clear vision of monthly, forecast and budgetary performance.
  • Carry out the analysis of the gain or loss of equipment per contract, by making annual forecasts and carrying out inventory reconciliations.
  • Valorize the inventory and assist the immediate superior in reconciling the physical inventory and the general ledger.
  • Ensure monthly closures of accounting system modules to guarantee data integrity.
  • Carry out in-depth analysis of financial data, evaluating their relevance and making necessary adjustments to justify the results.
  • Perform analyzes of general ledger accounts and reconciliations of auxiliaries autonomously, with a complex decision-making process having a significant impact on the profitability of the company.
  • Carry out post-mortems by contract according to established procedures, determining actual costs, identifying deviations from standards and presenting conclusions at meetings.
  • Collaborate in the improvement and development of accounting systems by proposing recommendations and corrections to guarantee the integrity of the results.
  • Prepare and document files for head office and external auditors.
  • Respond to requests for financial information from internal and external customers efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure the recording, classification, purification and conservation of files and documents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Carry out any other related tasks requested by superiors necessary for the position or department.

  • University degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • Excellent command of functional French and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Mastery of the main accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Hold a CPA accounting designation.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position.
