Contracts & Sales Administrator (Commercial Services) – SAP
Our client in the mining industry is seeking a skilled professional to join their Commercial Services team. This role is essential in modernizing and streamlining post-deal operations, including invoicing, trade finance, shipping, and logistics. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, the team plays a key role in improving customer experience and optimizing commercial processes.

- Incorporated Business Rate : $57 to $62 per hour.
- 12-month contract.
- Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
- Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities :
Perform customer sales administrative activities to support sales and customer service.Manage customer deliveries to ensure timely arrival at destinations.Handle month-end inventory reconciliation and reporting activities.Oversee commercial services activities such as invoicing, sales orders, contract entry, and other operational tasks.Address production and logistics variations, working with relevant teams to minimize customer impact.Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to their implementation.Detect and troubleshoot system issues, coordinating resolution with IS&T.What you will need to succeed :
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Knowledge and experience with SAP.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Strong adaptability to change and evolving deadlines.Ability to work in a multi-product environment and standardize processes.Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.Bilingual in English and French to manage contracts, process invoices, and coordinate logistics with stakeholders in both languages.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhy Recruit Action?
