Contracts & Sales Administrator (Commercial Services) – SAP

Our client in the mining industry is seeking a skilled professional to join their Commercial Services team. This role is essential in modernizing and streamlining post-deal operations, including invoicing, trade finance, shipping, and logistics. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, the team plays a key role in improving customer experience and optimizing commercial processes.

  • Salaried : $48 to $53 per hour.
  • Incorporated Business Rate : $57 to $62 per hour.
  • 12-month contract.
  • Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
  • Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform customer sales administrative activities to support sales and customer service.
  • Manage customer deliveries to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
  • Handle month-end inventory reconciliation and reporting activities.
  • Oversee commercial services activities such as invoicing, sales orders, contract entry, and other operational tasks.
  • Address production and logistics variations, working with relevant teams to minimize customer impact.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to their implementation.
  • Detect and troubleshoot system issues, coordinating resolution with IS&T.
  • What you will need to succeed :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong adaptability to change and evolving deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a multi-product environment and standardize processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Bilingual in English and French to manage contracts, process invoices, and coordinate logistics with stakeholders in both languages.
