We cover accounting, finance and payroll.I'm looking for an Accounting Clerk for my client, a wellness company. This is a permanent hybrid position on Ile des sœurs.Main responsibilities : Ensure that invoices are matched with the respective delivery note or purchase order and enter them into the accounting application.For certain suppliers, mainly in spa, restaurant and massage therapy; record, manage and pay invoicesReview, reconcile and follow up with suppliersAccount for spa traffic and other operational dataMake bank deposits, prepare and account for tipsVerify cash register and credit card reconciliationsWhat we're looking for : Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in accounting or equivalent work experience2 to 3 years' experience in a similar roleExcellent command of Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of QuickBooks (asset)Initiative, organizational skills and autonomyExtreme attention to detail and discretionAbility to communicate and work as part of a teamPROCEDURE : Initial interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant.To apply : www.fedfinance.caTo contact me : (438) 525 0279
