Job description

Our client, an established company in the ICI Sector for nearly 50 years is looking for an Intermediate Estimator!!

Are you an experienced estimator looking to advance your career? Our client, a leading general contracting firm withing ICI sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intermediate Estimator to join our pre-construction team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop accurate pricing.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive bids.
  • Assist in value engineering and risk assessment during pre-construction.
  • Maintain and update estimating databases and cost benchmarks.
  • Assist in tender closing process, ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Construction Technology.
  • Experience : Minimum 3 years working as an estimator with a General Contractor.
  • Proficiency in estimating Bluebeam Microsoft Excel, and project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
