Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce Discovery Workshops, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable, configurable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement configurable solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative configuration tools.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Salesforce solution documentation, including process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate and manage data migrations, ensuring data integrity and seamless transition.
- Partner with the design team to ensure that critical business processes are effectively addressed.
- Advocate for CRM best practices, ensuring solutions align with business strategy and industry standards.
- Define a requirements management strategy, including elicitation processes, documentation standards, and formats.
- Guide backlog grooming, ensuring completeness, prioritization, and adherence to review and approval processes.
- Monitor project scope to ensure alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) and facilitate change control as needed.
- Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing, defining value, and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints through structured backlog grooming.
Requirements and Skills
Extensive expertise in Salesforce, with demonstrated proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.Strong understanding of development tools and processes, aiding in the creation of use cases and solution designs.Analytical problem solver with a deep knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation and ecosystem capabilities.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to understand and translate client requirements from diverse industries into a clear, strategic roadmap.Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps methodologies, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.Required Certifications : Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.Location : Cananda only (candidates from other countries shouldn't apply)
