Our client, a leader in packaging solutions, for over 50 years, is looking for their next Inside Sales Representative.
Our client is a family-owned, Canadian packaging manufacturer who creates and manufactures packaging solutions for different products, within various industries in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities
- Co-manages assigned accounts with the Sales manager (House and Sales Manager accounts)
- Develops relationship and trust with all buying team members by listening to their concerns and addressing their needs in a timely manner
- Cold calls the list of prospects developed with the Sales Manager for house accounts
- Liaises with Sales Coordinator to cold call the list of prospects developed for Territory Sales Representatives
- Responds to customer concerns in a timely fashion, including follow-up with additional data and proposed solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1years of B2B sales experience
- 5 days in office role
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and good aptitude with computers
