Senior Planner Crew Planning temporary 14 months

Schedule : 10hour shifts (including some weekends). The schedule amounts to 37.5 hours per week with a variable distribution depending on the weeks.

Office presence : Hybrid remote work position. Office located at 5959 CteVertu Dorval.

Position status : Temporary 14 months

The senior planner is responsible for planning coordinating and optimizing the schedules of pilots and flight attendants while ensuring compliance with collective agreements and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize pairings in accordance with collective agreements and Canadian Aviation Regulations based on schedule provided by Network Planning
• Optimize rosters in accordance with collective agreements and Canadian Aviation Regulations
• Coordinate with Crew Sched FormPN Flight Ops Hours and Credits InFlight and other departments to resolve any crew related issues
• Resolve any Crew Planning discrepancies
• Ensure proper application of collective agreements and Canadian aviation regulations
• Assist in the implementation and development of the Jeppesen system.
• Any other related tasks
