As a flexible Director of Talent Management, you will provide essential and customer-focused thought guidance and direction on the company's global talent strategy to attract, engage, align and retain high-performing talent.

Key parts of the role include :

  • Being accountable for the global talent strategy and developing and implementing all talent programs
  • Being a subject matter expert, guiding executives and senior administration related to talent, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives aligned to business objectives
  • Facilitating the development of organizational and functional competencies
  • Directing the design, development, and implementation of global talent and organizational effectiveness programs

To succeed in this talent management job, you will need :

  • 10+ years of professional experience in human resources, specializing in organizational effectiveness and development, talent management, change management, employee engagement, and culture, preferably for a large, manufacturing-based, multi-location, or global organization.
  • You will also require a university degree specializing in human resources or a related field, and a Master’s degree or CHRL designation would be ideal.

In addition, you should have exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to plan, manage, and implement multiple, large-scale projects from the envisioning stage through to implementation.

Outstanding consulting and coaching skills and experience with large-scale change initiatives are also essential.
