This position can be located in Edmonton or Vancouver. A career as a Senior Advisor, Application Coach in the Best Business Practices team at National Bank Financial Wealth Management (NBFWM) means acting as a resource person by offering expertise in your field and supporting sales employees in adopting NBFWM network applications. This job allows you to have a positive impact through your information dissemination skills, training experience, and knowledge of technological applications. Your Job Lead training and coaching activities for users by leveraging your technical IT knowledge. Develop and create tailored training strategies. Design and update various training materials (plans, manuals, videos, PowerPoint presentations, podcasts). Identify user needs and propose solutions to support their activities. Ensure mastery and integration of sector technological tools. Contribute to technological deployments and follow the steps for implementing changes. Maintain the proper functioning of applications and review systems to ensure their stability and compliance. Travel across Canada to train advisors and their teams in person. Your Team Within the Wealth Management sector, you are part of a team of 12 colleagues and report to the Director - Employee Learning Experience. Our team stands out for its expertise in coaching, training, and supporting wealth management advisors. NBFWM has over 850 advisors in more than 85 branches across Canada, managing the assets of over 260,000 clients. We promote continuous learning through various tools, targeted training, and collaboration with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Prerequisites College diploma (3 years) or equivalent, and 8 years of relevant experience Experience in training delivery and communication Experience in the brokerage field (wealth management), desirable Having worked in a team of investment advisors, desirable Knowledge of Salesforce, Croesus, Thomson, GDO, GDI, Iris applications, an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) Ability to simplify the use of technological tools Ability to interact with investment advisors and their teams Good understanding of the sales-advice approach Your benefits In addition to competitive compensation, upon hiring you’ll be eligible for a wide range of flexible benefits to help promote your wellbeing and that of your family.
