Position Overview

Source Code Staffing is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Freelance Recruiter to join our team. In this role youll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment working alongside experienced recruiters who are dedicated to helping you build a successful career in the industry. If you have a keen interest in people excellent communication skills and a desire to make an impact in the world of recruitment we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
  • Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
  • Healthcare Recruitment preferred

Qualifications :

  • 3 years in recruiting (agency or corporate).
  • Familiarity navigating ATS platforms.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring highquality candidates achieving hiring goals and building robust talent pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Resourceful proactive and creative problemsolver.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with high volume recruitment.

    • Nice to haves :

  • Experience with Healthcare or Government / Public Sector roles a plus
