Mechanical CAD Designer

Position :   Mechanical CAD designer

Job Summary :

• Work in close contact with engineering product design and process team
• Design a wide variety of Residential HVAC systems including fan coil and water source heat pump units
• Create 3D system design, 2D manufacturing drawings, create bill of materials
• Create engineering specification documents such as submittal sheets, air flow configurations, floor plans, etc.
• Assists in development of installation and operation manuals, service documents and manufacturing work instructions.
• Participate in ECR (Engineering change request) and ECN (Engineering change notice) process.
• Manage multiple projects at a time.
• Construct prototypes and participate in engineering design review of new and existing products.
• Participate in and oversee QA / QC processes for your and the work of others
• Follow safe work practices and utilized PPE.
