What You Will Do
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities.
- Provide back-up support to reception and coverage over lunch.
- Manage and coordinate multiple calendars, as requested.
- Process expenses and benefit claims.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and teambuilding events.
- Process invoices for payment and track as required.
- Order stationary and supplies as required.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and post material, as necessary.
- Prepare presentations and material for meetings when required.
- Print or electronically distribute reports.
- Provide meeting support, including room set-up, and catering requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership.
- Collaborate with other EAs on large events such as the annual National Sales Meeting, Summer BBQ, etc.
What You Will Bring
College or university degree3-5 years’ experience as an Administrative AssistantStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong sense of urgencyCreative and innovative problem solver with critical thinking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage confidential information with appropriate sensitivityExcellent Microsoft skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and TeamsExperience with ConcurExperience with Adobe Photoshop platform, is an assetExperience with Microsoft Power BI is an assetWhat You Will Get
