Project Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) by handling the entire cycle from generating purchase orders and performing 3-way matching to managing vendor reconciliations and addressing invoice discrepancies in accordance with policies.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including coordinating with project managers on quotes, tracking and resolving pending items, and overseeing payment processes.
• Facilitate project closeouts, ensuring timely completion of invoices and tracking financial balances, while addressing any major invoice discrepancies.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and budgeting by aiding in the budget process and predicting future project expenses, collaborating with project managers for accurate forecasts.
• Conduct operational tracking, overseeing financial transactions related to purchases and sales, and maintaining spreadsheets for various financial records.
• Implement effective communication and coordination with project managers to ensure timely approvals and resolution of financial matters.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial record-keeping and data entry activities to maintain up-to-date financial status.
