Salary Comment : The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual base salary based on full-time equivalent hours.

Incumbents are typically hired, transferred, or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

This role provides the opportunity to lead exciting new programs including leadership development, management training, cultural safety and humility, and mandatory training reviews; and also provides the opportunity for collaboration across all departments of FNHA.

Title : Director, Learning and Talent Management

Salary : $122,641 - $144,283 - $165,926 per year (pay range explained below)

Contract : Permanent

Hours : 8 : 30am – 4 : 30pm (core hours 9am-3pm Monday-Friday)

Location : West Vancouver, FNHA’s Park Royal office. Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Summer 2026.

About the Role

As Director, Learning and Talent Management, you will lead a dedicated team of learning professionals in building a culturally safe space for all employees. This opening is due to the retirement of a long-term employee and is the perfect opportunity to support the building and development of FNHA’s leaders of tomorrow, to step into innovative new areas of learning, to support career conversations, and to set the tone and opportunity for employee engagement, culture, and wellness. FNHA’s Executive are highly engaged and passionate about supporting growth for our employees and the work that we do, which enables the Learning and Talent Management team to collaboratively design and deliver effective programs.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have / be :

  • An expert in developing and delivering organizational design programs that drive a high performing culture;
  • Experience in an Indigenous setting is an asset;
  • Superior interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills;
  • Minimum 8-10 years of Talent Management, Organization Development, Learning and Development, Leadership Development and / or related Human Resources experience;
  • Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

You may have experience in : Training, Learning, Adult Education, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Change Management, Coaching, Mentoring and / or HR Program Management.
