Ensure weekly manpower assignmentsCover scheduled and unscheduled overtime needsManage the vacation and leave request processMaintain qualifications matrix and make recommendations to ensure operational agilityPost vacancies and coordinate job allocation processCoordinate the training process for unionized employees according to the established processEnsure consistency of information entered in the time and attendance system (UKG / Kronos)Ensure the quality of payroll, leave and attendance dataProcess information and produce reports to support production department decisionsEnsure that all processes and decisions associated with his / her responsibilities respect the rules governed by the collective agreementFill in for the production planning position during absences and vacations
