The Growth team's mission is to guide our customers in selecting relevant products that enhance their financial journey. We are actively developing new types of incentives to facilitate this process and are considering converting it to a platform to further streamline and enhance these efforts.

As the member of the team, you will tackle sophisticated technical challenges and build products to help optimize user engagement and empower customers.

Brokerage

The Stock Lending, Margin & Sweeps (SMS) team's mission is to build long term investment products that grow with the needs of our customers.

Stock Lending, Margin and Sweeps are high impact features owned by this team and any incremental changes to them will have a significant impact on our revenue streams.

We constantly iterate on the product offerings based on user research and Market data and Tiered Margin rates is one such offering that’s recently launched and well received by our user base.

Crypto

The Crypto International team’s mission is to build features for our offering in European Union. As a Senior Software Developer, you will have a highly visible and impactful role at a relatively small company directly building the core backend services that supports our mobile and web applications.

What you’ll do

• Build scalable systems and components, making the right tradeoffs to account for stability and long-term maintainability.
• Design, write, test, and release product-facing features with stringent correctness and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with our frontend and data teams to fine tune our REST APIs supporting millions of customers.
• Mentor junior developers on the team and lead project of large complexity
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, team productivity and reduce risk

What you bring

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years experience writing low latency, large scale distributed systems.
• Familiarity with writing highly concurrent systems and good intuition for REST API design.
• Proven experience working on large projects with long-term impact on a single system or team.
• Strong technical grasp with excellent judgment on task prioritizations.
• Ability to solve complex engineering problems that deliver results aligned with team objectives.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and lead the team technically on new initiatives and system improvements
