POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Manager, Operations Business Management, the Supervisor, Administrative Support is responsible for leading and overseeing a centralized operations administrative team focusing on both branch and commission-wide administrative functions and facilities management and maintenance ensuring the efficient operation of the branch and commission by supervising administrative staff, managing branch specific and commission-wide administrative processes including calendar management, P-Card administration, purchasing and PO processing to support various managerial levels within the branch, and providing provincial oversight to commission-wide administrative policies and processes.
He / She / They manage centralized clerical support services by deploying staff resources as needed to locations within the Lower Mainland and provides recommendations and input to the Manager, Operations Business Management, on resource requirements and determines staffing resources to manage centralized administrative support for all operational services business areas and the commission. The position collaborates with Occupational Health and Safety department (OHS), Security and Emergency Services (SES) to establish and execute procedures and protocols to maintain facility-related services, including maintenance, keyscan, and alarm systems, janitorial services, and space planning.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or business Administration or a related field.
- Considerable experience in administrative support or office management in a large / complex organization. Considerable experience in leading and mentoring administrative support teams.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience acceptable to the Employer.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
