This position is in the Law, Compliance & Government Relations (LCG) function (1,300+ employees globally) and reports to the AVP, Compliance Technology and Innovation. The Technology and Innovation team is responsible for global technology initiatives – North America, Europe, Asia – and has cross-functional responsibilities / global oversight of the various initiatives within the function’s teams.
The successful candidate will join a results-driven team aligned with the enterprise’s values and objectives. This role is particularly focused on the Innovation and Implementation of various initiatives, including project management, change management, and continuous improvement efforts across the function. This role coordinates various projects of moderate and large scope and complexity through all phases of initiation, development and implementation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a skilled communicator with the ability to make complex concepts simple and engaging for various audiences.

Salary range is expected to be between :
86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
