We are looking for a fun and experienced leader who loves A&W as much as they love leading a diverse team from their local community!The Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager duties include, but are not limited too : Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standardsMonitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costsWorking as a team with co-workers to achieve service timesCoaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand Spending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employeesEnsuring all food safety regulations are followedHiring, retaining, and terminating employeesAssisting with inventory management Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurantWhat we offer : Full benefits, a great bonus program, an opportunity to grow with the company, flexible schedule, on-the-job trainingSome restaurant management experience - one year or moreQuick service restaurant experience preferredCollege or University Education preferredFood handling certificateAccess to reliable transportationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGreat social skills and love for interacting with other peopleA leader and a team playerBasic English language skills
