Job description10 years of experience in fighter operations either as a fighter pilot, or as a fighter experienced Aerospace Engineer. Experience in the last 5 years providing operational and / or strategic advice related to fighter capabilities 3 years experience with management and advice concerning project initial design, development Experience in a senior operational and / or leadership role at the Base, Wing, Division or Strategic Headquarters level.
Experience preparing at least 5 of the following project document types for submission
- These documents must have been developed in the context of a Capital Asset Acquisition
- Project Complexity and Risk Assessment (PCRA)
- Independent Review Panel for Defence Acquisition (IRPDA) briefing or presentations
- Defence Capability Board (DCB) briefings and presentations
- Briefings and recommendations to senior Wing leaders related to force development aspects of fighter capabilities
- Capital Investment Program Plan Review updates.
