With a commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic IT Manager to manage and expand our IT capabilities.
About the role : Reporting to the EVP, the IT Manager will plan, develop, implement and evaluate WCD and subsidiaries IT requirements, coordinate project activities, collaborate with team members, develop measurable project goals and objectives, and monitor progress towards achievement. As the System Owner this individual will provide guidance to the CEO and senior executive on organizational IT requirements and implementation schedules. The IT Manager also reviews enterprise systems and develops policies and training programs to enable team members to use enterprise systems proficiently.

Location : North York, Canada
Salary : $100K - $110K / year (based on experience) + performance-based bonus
Responsibilities
- Organizational lead for performance of enterprise resource programs and system integration
- Review and update organizational requirements and advise on systems configuration changes required to meet demands
- Act as lead with IT suppliers on projects to achieve established organizational goals
- Create project teams based on the required solutions (internal and external)
- Prepare and update project plans and weekly reports to Senior Management
- Prepare and monitor tender submission processes for timeliness, formatting, completeness, consistency and compliance
- Propose technical solutions from requirements based on existing infrastructure and set budgets
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate teams to meet launch dates
- Review and negotiate pricing / SOWs for technical solutions
- Triage and troubleshoot issues with current technology breaks
- Oversee, and assist as required, the setup of organizational IT systems including computers, monitors, and printers
- Manage and approve monthly IT expenditures
- Other duties as assigned
