Job Title : IT Support Analyst

About This Job

BALANCED+ is looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and assist in IT projects in diverse business environments.

You will get to work with great people in different organizations, learn new technologies, and help to improve business operation of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT technical support at Level 2
  • Assist senior IT managers and engineers in delivering complex projects
  • Assist in installation, configuration and troubleshooting LAN equipment, routers, Microsoft OS and applications in virtual environments, as well as installation, configuration and troubleshooting of data backups
  • Perform monitoring of customers’ equipment in real-time as well as on preventive maintenance program
  • Answer client calls and emails to triage software problems and needs
  • Learn and improve personal IT knowledge and skills

Job Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of the computer and servers’ architecture, as well as computer networking
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Able to work with little or no supervision
  • Strong command of English language, both oral and written
  • Driver's license and car to travel to client sites
  • Positive attitude and desire to grow

Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge and / or experience in PC support (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Teams)
  • Knowledge and / or experience in servers Microsoft Windows Server (SQL, IIS, Exchange, AD, DHCP, DNS, Print, etc.), Linus Ubuntu (LAMP stack)
  • Experience in performing server reoccurring maintenance
  • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Data Backup (Veeam, datto)
  • Cloud (Azure, AWS, Office 365, ADFS)
  • Cybersecurity (VPN, MFA, EDR, phishing simulation, spam filtering)
  • Computer networking including firewalls, switches, WiFi (FortiNet, CISCO)
  • Ability to manage monitoring (Zabbix) and ticketing (Zendesk) systems

Other

  • University or college degree in software development, computer science, engineering, or math (or in progress)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with emerging technologies

  • Travel to / from the client site will be reimbursed (car required)

BALANCED+ est à la recherche d'un Analyste pour l'équipe Support TI. Pour fournir un support technique et assister les projets TI dans des environnements professionnels diversifiés.

Vous aurez l'occasion de travailler avec des personnes exceptionnelles dans différentes organisations, d'apprendre de nouvelles technologies et d'aider à améliorer les opérations commerciales de nos clients.

Responsabilités

  • Fournir une assistance technique informatique de niveau 2
  • Assister les responsables informatiques et les spécialistes dans la réalisation de projets complexes.
  • Aider à l'installation, à la configuration et au dépannage des équipements LAN, des routeurs, du système d'exploitation Microsoft et des applications dans des environnements virtuels, ainsi qu'à l'installation, à la configuration et au dépannage des sauvegardes de données.
  • Assurer la surveillance de l'équipement des clients en temps réel et dans le cadre du programme de maintenance préventive
  • Répondre aux appels et aux courriels des clients pour trier les problèmes et les besoins en matière de logiciels.
  • Apprendre et améliorer ses connaissances et compétences en matière de technologies de l'information.

Exigences du poste

  • Connaissance approfondie de l'architecture des ordinateurs et des serveurs, ainsi que des réseaux informatiques.
  • Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets en même temps
  • Capacité à travailler avec peu ou pas de supervision
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
  • Permis de conduire et voiture pour se rendre sur les sites des clients
  • Attitude positive et désir d'évoluer

Compétences et qualifications

  • Connaissance et / ou expérience en support PC (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Teams)
  • Connaissance et / ou expérience des serveurs Microsoft Windows Server (SQL, IIS, Exchange, AD, DHCP, DNS, Print, etc.

Linus Ubuntu (pile LAMP)

  • Expérience dans l'exécution de la maintenance récurrente des serveurs
  • Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Sauvegarde de données (Veeam, datto)
  • Cloud (Azure, AWS, Office 365, ADFS)
  • Cybersécurité (VPN, MFA, EDR, simulation de phishing, filtrage de spam)
  • Réseaux informatiques, y compris pare-feu, commutateurs, WiFi (FortiNet, CISCO)
  • Capacité à gérer des systèmes de surveillance (Zabbix) et de ticketing (Zendesk).

Autres compétences

  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en développement de logiciels, en informatique, en ingénierie ou en mathématiques (ou en cours d'obtention)
  • Capacité démontrée à travailler efficacement avec des technologies émergentes.
  • Les diplômés internationaux et les nouveaux arrivants sont les bienvenus.
  • Les frais de déplacement vers et depuis le site du client seront remboursés (voiture requise).
