Our Calgary client is currently searching for a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join their team.

As the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator your day to day to responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to :

  • Preparing payroll reconciliations, journal entries, and year end audits
  • Input, verify and process payroll
  • Investigating all payroll discrepancies
  • Process documentation & process improvements
  • Directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

  • Previous experiences as a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
