Summary :  This position will appeal to candidates who thrive in a high performance culture, supporting a fast-paced, established Immigration practice. Experience in work permit and permanent residence applications is essential.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required :

• Candidates should possess at least two years' corporate immigration experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Strong drafting skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to take initiative when appropriate.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience monitoring deadlines and prioritizing work.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• A confident, proactive approach to working within a challenging legal environment.
• Bilingualism would be an asset.
