Services are initiated by members who are seeking assistance to find appropriate mental health resources, and / or confirmation of a diagnosis and treatment plan. The member will have a virtual assessment with a psychologist and / or psychiatrist. Following the evaluation, the member will receive an action plan report with all their information and expert recommendations. The Member Advocate will share and discuss the report with the member and will follow up with them for the next 3 months to ensure they have the appropriate resources, answer any questions, and measure the program impact. The member is encouraged to share the report with their treating care team.We are currently seeking Mental Health Psychiatrists to join our Teladoc Health Canada team.
