Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Director, Debt Services and working as part of a team of 14 people in Halifax, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of a client portfolio, including direct interaction with clients on often complex matters and daily management of deliverables. A list of key responsibilities include some of the following :
- Daily portfolio maintenance through processing lifecycle events and restructurings
- Review and set up of new securities or deals including any relevant attributes
- Provide reporting services to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide reporting and support the client operations team during the valuation cycle
- Position substantiation on a periodic basis for each portfolio
