Responsibilities :
MUST HAVES :
710 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING :
Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting progress reporting action items risk management updates etc.
Experience in developing project status reports and maintaining and monitoring status reporting logs;
Experience in scheduling meetings.
Experience in facilitating meetings.
Experience documenting and sharing meeting minutes and decisions.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated Project Management software skills and experience (e.g. MS Project Planview etc.).
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management concepts (e.g. project goals risks issues scope participant roles planning costs and quality management).

710 years of experience coordinating projects.
Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting progress reporting action items risk management updates etc.
Demonstrated experience working alongside Managers and Project Managers to provide updates escalate issues where required identify risks and lead / coordinate project document deliverables.
Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple Project Managers and critical projects for mainframe / legacy systems.
Experience in developing project status reports and maintaining and monitoring status reporting logs.
Experience in scheduling meetings.
Experience in facilitating meetings.
Experience documenting and sharing meeting minutes and decisions.
Project Management Skills
Demonstrated Project Management software skills and experience (e.g. MS Project Planview etc.).
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management concepts (e.g. project goals risk issue scope participant roles planning cost and quality management).
General Skills

Demonstrated strong interpersonal verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Public Sector Experience
Experience working in the public sector on a mainframe / legacy system.
Experience with some cloud technologies.
