Ourclient in the insurance industry is seeking 20 professionals tosupport their Retirement Services team during peak season.
Thisrole is part of the Retirement Member Contact Centre handlinginbound requests from retirement planmembers.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $21.97.
6monthcontract with the potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Rotatingschedule from Monday to Friday 8 am to 8pm.
Hybrid work : 3 office daysfrom Tuesday toThursday.
Responsibilities :
Handle approximately 3040 inbound calls daily offering excellentcustomer service.
Serve as theinitial point of contact for increasingly complex customerqueries.
Provide accurateinformation about retirement accounts and assist with webnavigation.
Process transactionsand assist with formrelatedinquiries.
Contribute to teamcollaboration and meet service targets (e.g. AHT schedule adherencetNPS QA).
Stay current withcompany policies procedures andprocesses.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Postsecondary education is preferred or equivalent workexperience.
Proficiency inEnglish (spoken and written).
34years of experience in a customer service or administrativerole.
Previous experience in aninoffice or hybrid workarrangement.
Previous exposure tobeing measured against KPIs and servicemetrics.
Effective timemanagementskills.
Ability to handle a widevariety of personalities in a professionalmanner.
Strongrelationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to work independently and within ateam.
Willingness to thrive in adynamic environment and manage multipletasks.
Knowledge of Canadianretirement products is preferred but notrequired.
Basic understanding offinancial servicesconcepts.
