Our family is seeking a warm, experienced, and responsible full-time nanny to care for our 2 girls (20 months and 4 years old) in a loving and safe environment.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated to fostering our children's development through creative activities, education, and attentive care.
Key Details : Schedule : 5 days a week (hours to be discussed)Start Date : November - but flexible for the right personChild : 20-month-old and 4-year-old (who will be enrolled in school) Pets : 1 friendly dog, comfortable with dogs is a mustResponsibilities : - Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being - Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote emotional, cognitive, and social development- Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, feeding, and naptime- Organize educational games, crafts, outdoor play, and other creative activities- Coordinate school drop-offs, pick-ups, and extracurricular activities, as needed- Maintain a tidy and organized environment, including children’s play areas, bedrooms, and belongings- Assist with light household chores related to childcare- Communicate effectively with parents to ensure consistent routines and approachesQualifications : - Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider with references- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)- Ability to manage multiple children, schedules, and activities- A warm, positive demeanor with strong communication skills- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred)- Flexibility with hours and occasional evenings or weekends, as neededCompensation : Competitive salary based on experiencePaid time off and other benefits negotiableIf you are a nurturing, responsible, and proactive caregiver with a passion for child development, we’d love to hear from you!Please visit CanadianNanny.
