Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on Health & Beauty clients.
- Deliver tailored online product demonstrations of WellnessLiving software, addressing the specific needs and pain points of Health & Beauty clients.
- Sign up new customers and ensure a smooth transition to onboarding after demos.
- Guide customers through WellnessLiving’s unique onboarding process, ensuring they understand and benefit from it.
- Address product-related questions during and after demos, providing clear, accurate information.
- Document product requests and feedback, relaying critical information to internal teams.
- Maintain detailed customer records and interactions within Salesforce CRM.
- Be available for after-hours support or product demonstrations as needed.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with Health &Beauty customer accounts, driving product adoption and customer success.
- Conduct all sales activities with professionalism and integrity, representing WellnessLiving positively.
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals, regularly reporting on sales activities and KPIs.
- Provide insights and feedback to shorten the sales cycle, increase revenue, and enhance WellnessLiving’s brand in the Health & Beauty industry.
- Conduct thorough market research on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs specific to the health and beauty sector.
- Identify and generate leads, building a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners within the health and beauty vertical.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with the unique needs of health and beauty businesses.
- Represent WellnessLiving at industry tradeshows, networking events, and seminars to promote the platform.
- Track and report on sales targets, KPIs, and conversion rates, ensuring business goals are met.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns by providing insights on messaging that resonates with the health and beauty industry.
- Act as a positive ambassador for WellnessLiving, staying informed about new products and services for Health & Beauty clients.
- Develop deep knowledge of WellnessLiving’s product and the Health & Beauty industry to become a trusted advisor to clients.
- Participate in marketing and product meetings to better position the Health & Beauty industry within the WellnessLiving software platform.
Skills & Qualifications :
2+ years relevant sales experience in a quota driven environment, preferably within SaaSExperience working with health & beauty clientsPassion for the MediSpa vertical and helping businesses achieve their growth goalsProven ability to meet and / or exceed sales targets and quotasPrevious experience as an Account Executive or in a similar capacityProven experience conducting engaging virtual software demonstrations to showcase product capabilities, address client needs, and optimize the demo experience for conversionProficiency in CRM platforms, especially SalesforceStrong customer service orientation and client facing experienceStrong problem identification and problem resolution skillsExcellent communications skills – both in verbal and written correspondenceDemonstrated success in a fast paced, quota driven environmentAbility to conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external members of the organizationComfortable conducting customer calls and / or communication of WellnessLiving products on weekend and / or evening time slots if required
