What you will need to be a part of our great team…
Knowledge of Auto Industry dealership financing, leasing, warranties, insurance etc.Degree or commensurate experience in finance1-2 previous experience (preferred)Vehicle Sales Authority License (VSA)Valid driver’s licenseProfessional appearance and demeanorExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively to reach dealership targetsThe initiative, drive, and attitude to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfactionA criminal record check and driver’s abstract report will be required upon hireFinancial Services Manager’s responsibilities…
Work with the Sales Manager and General Manager to produce additional revenue and support the sales departmentProduce additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customersWorking directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, after-market products and other optionsVerify all documents are completed, submitted and filed correctlyMaintaining strong relationships with lending institutions to have program options and competitive ratesEnsure compliance by following all VSA and provincial regulationsWork with the sales team in planting the seed of financing, warranties, and insurancePrepare monthly reports on finance penetration to review with the Sales Manager / General Manager
