A typical day would involve :
- Direct the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring system reliability, efficiency, and user adoption.
- Lead the HRIS team in implementing best practices, enhancing system functionality, and driving process improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll, and other departments to ensure seamless data flow, process efficiency, and identify areas of innovation.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance, including accurate employee records, reporting standards, and system audits.
- Manage HR system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements, including system testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and reduce administrative workload.
- Develop and deliver real-time HR dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and actionable recommendations that drive HR and business strategies.
- Provide strategic analytics, including predictive workforce trends, turnover insights, talent acquisition effectiveness, and compensation benchmarking.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and executives to define metrics that measure organizational health and success.
- Implement and maintain user access control mechanisms, including role-based control, ensuring appropriate access levels across HR, Payroll, Finance and other stakeholders.
- Regularly audit system access permissions to enforce compliance with data governance, security policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks related to unauthorized access, data breached and potential security vulnerabilities
- Provide training and guidance to HR and business users on data security best practices and access protocols
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, overseeing service delivery, issue resolution, and contract compliance.
- Review vendor performance, assesses system enhancements, and provides recommendations for improvements or changes to optimize HRIS functionality and cost effectiveness.
- Develop and enforces HR technology policies, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks, best practices, and emerging technologies.
You have :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.5+ years of experience in HRIS administration, HR / people analytics, or HR systems. Experience leading and mentoring a team is an asset.Proven experience leading HR technology projects, system upgrades, and process automation.Experience with HR data reporting, dashboards, and analytics to deliver insights on workforce trends, turnover, and compensation benchmarking is an asset.Strong data analysis and data visualization skills. Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or similar tools is an asset.Familiarity with HR data governance, system audits, and role-based access controls.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business needs and recommend technology solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR, IT, and business leaders.Strong vendor management skills, including contract oversight and service delivery optimization.You are :

The salary range for this role is $102,200 to $153,200 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
