The Role

As our B2B Content Marketing Manager , you’ll be on a mission to generate inbound leads and bolster our online visibility—especially among enterprise clients. You’ll own our content strategy and execution across channels like , our blog, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, and whitepapers. You’ll also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand voice and marketing narrative.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop a cohesive content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with business goals, especially for B2B inbound lead generation.
  • Identify and validate the most effective marketing channels (, blog, webinars, etc.) to reach target audiences.
  • Content Creation & Execution

  • Write and produce various content pieces (blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, social media updates, etc.) that showcase Streamforge’s expertise and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to craft compelling campaigns that highlight new features, product launches, and industry insights.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines—while also evolving and refining our brand voice and style where needed.
  • Amplification & Distribution

  • Publish and distribute content across multiple channels, experimenting with new formats (e.g., podcasts, webinars) to engage audiences.
  • Partner with influencers or industry leaders to expand reach and foster partnerships.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs (inbound leads, organic traffic, engagement) to measure the success of content initiatives.
  • Use analytics to refine content strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Thought Leadership & Industry Insights

  • Stay on top of industry trends (gaming, influencer marketing, AI) to develop cutting-edge, timely content.
  • Present industry analysis and thought leadership pieces that establish Streamforge as a go-to resource for influencer marketing expertise.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Track Record : 2–5 years of relevant B2B content marketing experience with measurable success in generating inbound leads.
  • B2B Marketing Chops : Experience crafting content for enterprise or B2B SaaS audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking : Able to plan long-term content strategies while staying nimble in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Content Creation Skills : Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Analytical Mindset : Comfortable using tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM dashboards) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Adaptability & Autonomy : You excel at working independently, finding creative solutions, and exceeding expectations without constant direction.
  • Startup Experience : Familiarity with the unique challenges and rapid pivots of an early-stage tech company.
  • Bonus Points

  • Influencer Marketing or Gaming Knowledge : Passion for gaming or experience in the streaming / content creation space.
  • SEO Expertise : Understanding of SEO best practices to drive organic growth.
  • Design / Multimedia Skills : Ability to create engaging visuals or multimedia content.
  • Podcast / Webinar Hosting : Comfortable on camera or mic, able to host online events.
