We are MaRayTech Consulting Ltd an IT services company specialized in financial sector mainly to serve banks, FinTechs and Insurance companies.

About the role

Our office managers help with administrative tasks like writing letters, keeping track of finances, organizing appointments, and overseeing filing systems. Although no two days will ever be the same, your daily tasks will consist of :

  • Manage the office's daily operations, making sure that everything runs smoothly and effectively.
  • Oversee and assist a small team, offering direction and leadership to guarantee excellent performance and service standards.
  • Oversee client records and make sure the financial services industry complies with legal requirements.
  • Organize office tasks, such as correspondence, scheduling, and meeting administration.
  • Assure that company policies and procedures are implemented smoothly.
  • Respond to customer questions, address problems, and escalate as needed to keep customer satisfaction high.
  • Help with the creation and administration of audits, internal reports, and other important documents.
  • Assist the Financial Advisers and other employees with administrative duties, making sure that priorities and deadlines are fulfilled.
  • Promote office performance by managing resources effectively and making constant improvements.
  • To guarantee smooth operations and improve the client experience, cooperate with other teams and departments.
  • Keep office supplies, tools, and services up to date to guarantee a well-stocked and organized workspace.

Your mission

The following will be your responsibilities as office manager :

In addition to having sound financial judgment, you must also have outstanding communication skills, personal credibility, and the dedication to create and uphold efficient office procedures suitable for a hybrid workplace.

You'll know how to use complicated databases, be able to use Microsoft Office, and meet deadlines. A measurable dedication to the principles of the trade union movement is preferred but not necessary.
