As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a strong background in advertising, Shopify, and eCommerce brand growth to lead our marketing efforts and position Roar as the go-to agency for DTC success.

Position Overview

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Roar will be a high-level advertising executive, responsible for developing and executing growth-driven marketing strategies for both Roar and our clients. This role requires deep expertise in paid media, Shopify optimization, and scaling eCommerce brands, with a strong preference for experience in the health and wellness sector.

The ideal candidate is a performance marketing expert who thrives on data, creativity, and innovation—someone who knows how to turn ad spend into massive ROI while building brands that customers love.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Advertising Strategy : Develop and oversee high-performing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging digital platforms, ensuring maximum client growth and ROI.
• Shopify & eCommerce Growth : Leverage Shopify expertise to optimize DTC brand performance, improving conversion rates, user experience, and overall sales.
• Client Growth & Retention : Work directly with eCommerce brands to drive their success through performance marketing, funnel optimization, and strategic consulting.
• Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership : Elevate Roar’s reputation as a leading marketing agency, developing industry insights, case studies, and thought leadership content.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Northbeam, and Meta / Google Ads Manager to track, report, and optimize campaign performance.
• Influencer & Partnership Marketing : Identify and collaborate with key influencers, affiliates, and brand partners to amplify marketing impact.
• Team Leadership & Growth : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
