Presales Engineer

As part of your #OneteamBased in Montreal, you will be responsible for supporting the sales teams in their added-value initiatives, in particular through in-depth technical knowledge, with the goal of developing sales activity for Canada and Latin America.Proactive and passionate about sales and IT, you will work as part of a team with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.Your main responsibilitiesAnswer tender requests in line with a sales engineer;Analyze customer needs;Design the most suitable technical offer in conjunction with the technical teams;Formalize tender response processes;Accompany key account sales representatives to the customer to provide support and a technical vision of the company's offer;Answer customers' questions and reassure them with relevant technical arguments;Give technical demonstrations and product presentations to customers, decision-makers and / or users;Keep abreast of technological developments on the market;Participate in trade shows, conferences and events to enhance market knowledge;Give credibility to the company's offering by providing expertise in the development of new products or the improvement of existing ones;Report on use cases and share experience in the field.Skills requiredAt least 5 years' experience in a similar pre-sales roleTechnical mastery of hosting and cloud computing solutionsGood knowledge of sales techniques and cycle salesAbility to build complex offersNatural curiosity and ability to innovate and propose new sales strategiesPassion for new technologies and dynamic marketsOpen and dynamic personality with a strong customer orientationTaste for teamworkGood command of French, advanced English and Spanish to ensure effective communication with customers in Quebec, Canada and Latin America.Join the OVHcloud adventureOVHcloud values the diversity of the people it hires and supports.
