What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and eager-to-learn Sales Enablement Specialist to support our global Sales Operations and Enablement Team.
This team supports 75+ offices around the world, across North America, South America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.
And you will be a key player in delivering best-in-class service to all our stakeholders.

How will you contribute to the Sales Enablement Team?
In your role, you will support three key functions : Sales Support, Salesforce Support, and Sales Training. We will provide you all the training you need in-house.
We are invested in your success.
Sales Support duties include :
- Provide daily Sales user support, including ongoing updates and education on new internal initiatives, reports etc.
- Support ongoing Sales Contests to drive performance and engagement
- Support Salesforce Lead Routing to pertinent markets and individuals
- Support Enterprise Accounts with daily account management tasks
Salesforce Support duties include :
- Provide daily Salesforce platform and user support, including ongoing updates and education on new features, benefits, reports etc.
- Manage customization of objects, fields, record types, rate tables, page layouts, validation rules
- Work closely with all departments to review operational processes and address inefficiencies
- Manage users, profiles and roles, and security models
Sales Training duties include :
- Create and update training materials, including onboarding collateral, battle cards, training videos, etc.
- Support corporate training team with creating a centralized library for all training materials.
Desired Skills
Desired skills :
- 1+ year of experience in a sales, marketing or sales enablement role
- Relevant post-secondary education and / or commensurate experience
- Collaborative team player, who thrives in a multicultural environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning a strong asset
- Ability to thrive in a multi-functional, multi-tasking environment
