Your responsibilities will encompass entering, auditing, and analyzing financial transactions in designated systems, while continuously refining templates to maintain data integrity.

What You Will Be Doing :
Project Accounting, Analysis and Audit / Controls :
- Journal entries / accruals / reconciliations
- Month end close transactions as they relate to the construction projects
- New / improve month-end
- Establish accounting processes
- Percentage of completion
- Accounts Payable
- Variance analysis and commentary
- Cashflow forecasts
- External Audit Prep
- Document internal controls
- Process automation
Systems Implementations :
Support any system upgrades, implementations and integrations
Qualifications and Skills :
- 3+ years of project accounting experience
- CPA designated or enrolled in the program
- Experience working within the construction, infrastructure or real-estate sectors preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- System savvy with the ability to pick up new technology quickly
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
