Job description

He / she is in charge within their scope, with the support of a supervisory or cross-functional team :

leading and managing their teams,

establishing the schedule, monitoring it daily, and ensuring its adherence, while autonomously managing contingencies,

organizing and planning the construction sites,

optimizing production,

facilitating communication between the environmental and geotechnical departments and the "investigations sector" and regularly reporting on the progress of activities.

KNOWLEDGE

Organization and planning of construction sites

Knowledge in geology, geotechnics, soil and material science, and environment

Knowledge in topography

Specific surveys and tests

Analysis of test results

Office and management software tools

Reactivity and proactivity in solving various issues reported to them (autonomous management of the schedule in agreement with department heads if changes impact already scheduled projects, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / geotechnics

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role such as Site Manager or equivalent
