This role acts as the link between business and IT, ensuring seamless system adoption, troubleshooting issues, and driving operational efficiencies.This position is part of the Data Analytics & Reporting Team and will be responsible for supporting MES, ERP (MS Navision), CRM (Salesforce), SharePoint, and MS365 applications in a ticketing-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing or automotive background and experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Technical Bridge : Communicate effectively between business users and technical teams, ensuring technology meets business needs.Conduct training sessions for end users on MES, ERP (MS Navision), CRM (Salesforce), and MS365 tools.Support users in understanding and fully utilizing implemented systems.Provide Application & System Support : Manufacturing Execution System – Participate in upgrades, train users on new functionalities, and provide support for MS SQL and Windows Server environments.ERP – Assist in the upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.CRM – Work with dedicated superusers to enhance system functionality and reporting.MS365 Power Automate – Develop and support automation workflows, forms, and process improvements.SharePoint Administration (Azure-hosted) – Build and maintain SharePoint sites, including the HR site, and train superusers.Data & Analytics : Support BI, database management, and reporting initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making.Qualifications & Experience
