Reporting directly to the Vice-President of Sales, the Director of Enterprise Accounts will guide a dynamic team of experienced Enterprise Account Managers, setting the course for exceptional client partnerships and organizational success. Your role goes beyond oversight—it's about fostering a culture of integrity, trusted partnership, innovation, and deep expertise. As the key liaison between leadership and client engagement, you'll strengthen relationships at the highest levels, anticipating industry trends and driving innovation. Your leadership and strategic vision will be instrumental in leading the team who is responsible for representing our products and services to senior decision makers at Swish’s largest enterprise customers, including executive-level stakeholders and members of the C-suite.
What does the Director of Enterprise Accounts do?
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for managing and expanding enterprise accounts, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership to the Enterprise Account Managers, guiding them in fostering and enhancing key client relationships.
Strategic Account Planning :
Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans, setting mutually beneficial performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for both short and long-term periods.Drive the implementation of plans to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve growth targets.Bid and Tender Oversight :
Take ownership of the bids and tenders process, ensuring a strategic approach to securing new business opportunities. Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals, aligning with client needs and organizational capabilities.Analytics and Performance Insights :
Implement and oversee analytics initiatives to gain valuable insights into account performance, market trends, and client behaviour. Utilize data-driven decision-making to refine strategies, optimize account plans, and drive continuous improvement. Provide leadership in leveraging analytics to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Enterprise Accounts team.Collaboration and Coordination :
Foster a collaborative culture by working closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Customer Development, Operations, and Customer Service, to align efforts and exceed client expectations.Ensure effective communication and collaboration between Enterprise Account Managers and other relevant departments.Performance Management :
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the enterprise accounts team, ensuring that sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals are consistently met or exceeded.Implement performance improvement plans and initiatives as necessary.Stakeholder Engagement :
Interface with senior executives and decision-makers within customer organizations, building and maintaining credibility at the highest levels.Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between organizational goals and client needs.Market Insight and Innovation :
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on market analysis and client feedback.What do you need?
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A graduate degree would be an asset.Professional designation or accreditation as a recognized sales professional is an asset.Experience :
5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise or national account management.A proven track record of success in mentoring diverse sales teams.Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven ability to negotiate, execute, and deliver exceptional team sales results.Experience in strategic planning and execution within any of the following sectors :RetailEducationHealthcareHospitalityBuilding Services / Property Management / Construction and ContractingExperience implementing KPIs and designing growth plans.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills proven to influence experienced cross-functional stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask effectively.When you join Swish, you can expect :
