Our team is looking for a permanent full-time Digital Marketing / Digital Engagement Specialist to join our HearCANADA Marketing team! This is a GTA-based hybrid role with 2-3 days per week required onsite at our Burlington office location.

What you'll be responsible for :
- Manage online presence across all local retail centres and wholesale brands. This includes community management and content scheduling across all social media channels.
- Manage all existing and new local centre business listings by updating information and images regularly, and ensuring consistency across all online directories, including Google, Bing and Apple Business.
- Lead the coordination and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns, with a special focus on local initiatives.
Regular reporting and analysis of campaign results to adjust strategies for optimal performance are essential components of this role.
- Manage website content by updating and modifying it periodically, ensuring currency, while also developing engaging content for the website and social media platforms, aligning with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to generate reports, track performance, identify trends, and offer actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Manage the retail CRM database, identify customer segment opportunities, and extract customer lists for email communication programs.
- Collaborate effectively and engage with various cross-functional teams throughout project development. Align closely with Operations and Client Care to guarantee the seamless flow of marketing efforts from lead generation to conversion.
- Stay abreast of changes and trends within the hearing care space as they relate to marketing campaigns and brand awareness to stay ahead of trends and cultivate new ideas.
What you'll bring :
- Post-secondary education in a related field at the College or University level; education, courses or certificates in a Marketing (or similar) capacity would be a definite asset.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing capacity with a minimum of 2 years of prior digital marketing experience with a strong focus on local Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and community engagement, ideally gained within an agency, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment.
- Demonstrated ability to write well, with strong grammar and an engaging style suitable for digital content.
- Experience in coordinating and optimizing local SEM organic and paid campaigns and fostering community relations.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, specifically for enhancing local visibility and community interaction.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and principles, with a curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore data to inform marketing strategies.
- Experience in healthcare consumer marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Business-acumen to spot opportunities, trends, and innovation and translate them into marketing strategies and plans through campaign strategy development, execution, and post-campaign reporting.
- Comfortability operating in a highly matrixed environment fostering a deep understanding of the market, digital trends, client trends, and competitive activities.
