Senior Project Manager – Concrete Forming (Remote)

Location : Canada (Remote)

Position Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong financial acumen to oversee concrete forming projects for a well-established contractor in Canada. This remote role requires an experienced leader who can manage budgets, costs, and financial reporting while ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of concrete forming, project controls, and contract management , with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and financial performance of multiple concrete forming projects.
  • Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and forecasting to maximize project profitability.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams , ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Manage client relationships , ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project efficiency and quality.
  • Utilize CMiC or similar project management software to track project progress and financials.
  • Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities , implementing solutions to drive efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards .

Qualifications & Experience :

  • 8+ years of experience in project management within concrete forming or civil construction .
  • Strong financial management skills , including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control .
  • Proficiency in project management software (CMiC preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work remotely while managing multiple projects across various locations.
