Business Analyst / Process Analyst
Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has an opening for a Business Analyst / Process Analyst to place at our client, within Enterprise Hospitality Client.
Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days in-office : Tues, Wed, and one other day)
Length : 6 month contract

Key Responsibilities
1. Documentation and Process Management
- Support end-to-end documentation of Corporate and Enterprise L1 to L5 processes.
- Write process narratives using standardized templates in collaboration with System Integrators (SIs) and Mission Teams.
- Facilitate meetings with Mission Teams to review and validate L4 / L5 process stitching and narratives.
- Document key decisions and action items during validation sessions, updating the Corporate process tracker accordingly.
- Consolidate and follow up on outstanding questions with relevant stakeholders (SIs, Mission Teams, PMO).
2. Testing and Training Support
Assist Mission Teams in drafting test scenarios based on process flows and narratives.Manage and triage discrepancies, process change requests, and other issues identified during test scenario creation.Collaborate on the development of training materials, including user guides and localization test plans.3. Project Coordination and Tracker Management
Maintain the Corporate Process Tracker, ensuring timely updates from SIs and alignment with project timelines.Coordinate with SIs and Mission Teams to address resource constraints and maintain document organization in a central SharePoint folder.4. Process Mapping and Training Materials Creation
Create process maps using Visio and training guides in Word and PowerPoint.Ensure materials are comprehensive, practical, and user-friendly for various stakeholders.Key Requirements
Experience :Proven track record as a Business Analyst in large-scale implementation projects.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Supply Chain preferred) or comparable ERP systems.Experience in process mapping, creating test scenarios, and drafting training materials.Background in the hospitality industry or an understanding of back-office operations is a strong asset.Skills :Ability to ask insightful questions, engage with stakeholders, and synthesize information effectively.Strong documentation skills, with experience creating process narratives and requirements traceability matrices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with friendly but time-constrained stakeholders.Tools :Proficiency with Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for documentation and process management.Personality Fit :Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in dynamic environments.Comfortable working with stakeholders and asking the right questions to drive clarity.Adaptable and approachable, with the confidence to collaborate effectively.Benefits of the Role
