Inthisrole,you'llleadenrollmentgrowthinitiatives,engagingwithprospectivestudentstopromoteour diverse program offerings. Within the ADOA's purview are :

  • AssisttheDesignatedAdmissionHeadandadmissionsteamindevelopingandimplementing strategies to attract and enroll a diverse pool of prospective students.
  • Buildrelationshipswithprospectivestudents,conductinginformationalsessionsonadmissions requirements, academic programs, and campus resources.
  • Planandexecuterecruitmenteventssuchascollegefairs,openhouses,andinformation sessions to engage potential students.
  • Reviewandevaluateapplications,transcripts,andsupportingdocumentstodetermineeligibility and make admission decisions.
  • Collaboratewithotherdepartmentstoensureaseamlesstransitionfromadmissionto enrollment for accepted students.
  • AchievesalestargetsandKPIsthrougheffectivecommunication,follow-up,andclosing strategies, maintaining accurate records of applicant data and admission decisions.
  • What You Bring to the Table :

  • Aminimumof2yearsofsolidsalesperformancehistoryorrecord
  • Professionalsalestraining-Bachelor’sdegreeispreferred
  • PreviousexperienceineducationsalesorprivatecollegeadmissionsorB2Csalesortelemarketing.
  • Possessessuperbverbalcommunicationskillswithaconfidentphonepresence,abletomakeahigh volume of reach outs (80-150 per day) while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Demonstratesstrongresilienceinmanagingrejectionsandobjections,turningthemintoopportunities.
