Overview
Are you looking for an exciting and challenging new role where you will have the chance to work on global, high-visibility content marketing projects?
As Gallagher's Marketing Project Manager, reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll be collaborating with various local and global teams to support the execution of multichannel marketing campaigns using our thought leadership content.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about developing, positioning, implementing and analyzing multi-channel campaigns.

How you'll make an impact
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing, Business Line Marketing teams and others to project manage the execution and delivery of go-to-market strategies for the division's thought leadership content from industry vertical, consulting practice and subject matter experts
- Partner with Content and Business Line Marketers to deliver internal communications content (PPT slides, talking points, registration status reports, content download and engagement data) to be used by sales, marketing, practice and leadership to drive sales team engagement and follow-up efforts
- Coordinate and manage complex production schedules for concurrent projects and phases with multiple partners, cross-functional resources, and competing deadlines
- Help build content messaging and positioning that offers competitive differentiation
- Serve as content lead for paid digital advertising for content-focused campaigns which includes driving messaging, positioning and graphic look and feel of paid digital advertising assets
- Support the development of all promotional content assets using shared corporate resources, including emails, social media posts, display ads, etc
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of editorial guidelines and other quality standards for all marketing materials
- Track and document marketing program timelines / calendars using Smartsheets to support GBS Marketing calendar in Power BI
- Support the external content rollouts via paid, earned, and owned media channels
- Help coordinate the approval process for project results
- Coordinate the tracking, measurement and reporting of registration status, campaign performance, content engagement and ROI
- Support the divisional marketing team as needed with miscellaneous projects noting workload and timing needs of the team.

About you
- You bring 3 7 years of meaningful experience in marketing, public relations or a related field
- You have strong project management experience. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Experience in driving marketing projects that helped increase brand visibility and sales leads
- Technical skills across Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications
- You have excellent, customer-centric oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on grammar, copywriting and proofreading
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field strongly preferred
- Excellent narrative and technical writing skills
- Familiarity with AP Style guidelines
- Creative concept development experience and a strong design aesthetic
- Experience researching market dynamics and client needs, and using this knowledge to create compelling content that highlights product or service value
- Employee benefits industry experience strongly preferred
- Analytical and creative problem solver with an impeccable eye for detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
