Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage technical projects associated with workflow management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and documentation practices. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities :
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects related to workflow management.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.Utilize Agile project management methodologies to facilitate project execution and team collaboration.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder engagement.Implement best practices for workflow management and continuous improvement within the project team.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.Proficient in Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Strong documentation skills, with experience in creating and maintaining project-related documents.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and off-shore teams.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ADO and Jira) is a plus.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
