Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries regarding products and services, providing detailed and accurate responses.
  • Follow up on orders and provide technical answers about products if necessary.
  • Manage customer relationships effectively by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Qualifications

  • A large part of the clients , exceptional proficiency in both French and English, orally and in writing, is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills via email and phone.
  • Be curious and have a strong ability to learn.
  • Relevant experience in B2B is a plus.
